Our 3D Model was designed with the original NASA hardware design but tweaked for 3D Printing success. We use PLA plastic filament which is eco-friendly, biodegradable and recyclable because it is made from renewable resources such as corn starch and sugarcane. Unlike resin prints, these could be handled my kids without worry of unsafe materials. Use similar caution as any plastic toy.
